    The core design of a stacked flexographic printing press involves vertically assembling multiple independent printing units along a central frame or tower. Each printing unit is equipped with its own impression cylinder, plate cylinder, and anilox roller. Each unit operates independently and is driven by gears on the main wall panel. The substrate passes through the equipment in a relatively straight path, completing the multi-color printing process sequentially. This vertical stacking design significantly reduces the equipment’s footprint.

    Unwinding section: Rolling bearings support the unwinding shaft to minimize mechanical resistance, thereby generating low tension for passive unwinding.

    Printing roller: Features a double-walled structure, made of high-quality alloy steel, and undergoes multiple precise dynamic balancing and surface electroplating treatments to effectively prevent surface corrosion.

    Automatic ink distribution: When the machine stops or is unpressed, the anilox roller automatically separates from the plate roller. After the ink on the plate is transferred to the printing material, the plate roller separates from the central impression cylinder to keep the printing plate clean. When the machine stops or is unpressed, the ceramic anilox roller automatically switches to ink distribution mode.

    Heating method: Electric heating element, automatic temperature control, maximum temperature 60℃ (room temperature 20℃)

    All electrical and control systems are centrally installed in a fan-cooled, dust-free electrical cabinet located on the side of the receiving unit. The overhead bridge is equipped with a pedestrian walkway for easy wire inspection.
