    Fully Automatic Toilet Paper Machine Operation Process

    First, place the giant rolls of paper on the transport frame (3 giant rolls), which has an automatic paper feeding device. Then, feed the paper into the paper roller.
    Before the paper is flattened by the paper roller, there is a paper strip device. After that, it enters the punching device and finally enters the guide roller device.

    There is a hollow paper shaft device on both sides of the guide roller for making coreless rolling paper.
    The rolling paper passes through the guide roller and the paper pressing roller repeatedly.

    The guide roller completes the process (the tightness of the rolling paper can be adjusted according to customer requirements, and the air pressure control allows for easy and free adjustment).
    The machine will automatically stop when the rolling paper reaches a certain specification and will automatically release it.
    Separate the roll paper through the paper cutter, automatically spray glue, and seal while cutting the paper.
    The entire process is complete; by turning on the machine’s delay timer, it will restart.
    The finished paper is separated by a large saw
    Converted into different specifications of rolling paper (customer requested cutting).
    The whole process is completed by computer programming PLC and frequency conversion control.
